Farrah Maurice is the program coordinator of UpNext, a fatherhood engagement and workforce development program of Midtown Community Court. UpNext serves non-custodial, under- and unemployed fathers, many of whom have a history of court-involvement and/or incarceration. Her work includes providing clinical supervision to staff, developing clinical programming, and providing case management and supportive counseling to program participants. Farrah joined Midtown in 2018 from the Center’s New Jersey operating project, Newark Community Solutions, where she served as Mental Health Case Manager. Farrah holds a B.S.W. from Rutgers University, an M.S.W. from Rutgers School of Social Work, and hold a License Social Work degree.
