Darcy Hauslik is a senior research and data associate with the Data Analytics and Applied Research team at the Center for Court Innovation. She provides on-site research and data support for Bronx Community Solutions. Her current research projects include an evaluation of Bronx Community Justice, a restorative justice diversion program, and an evaluation of a trauma-informed approach to supporting individuals who have lost loved ones to gang and interfamilial violence. Before joining the Center, Darcy used mixed-methods research to help community organizers and non-profits responsibly close prisons and jails. Her doctoral research investigated the social, political, and cultural significance of dumpster diving for marginalized populations. Darcy holds a PhD. in Sociology from Washington State University.
