Dyadra Saulsberry is a research and data associate with Data Analytics and Applied Research at the Center for Court Innovation. In this position, Dyadra provides data-driven technical assistance and evaluation support for Alternative to Incarceration (ATI) operating programs in Queens and Staten Island. In addition, her current projects include qualitative assistance with a Bureau of Justice Assistance-supported evaluation of the Brooklyn Mental Health Court, and an inventory of site strategies for the MacArthur Foundation’s Safety and Justice Challenge. Before joining the Center, Dyadra provided advocacy and outreach to combat housing discrimination with the NYC Department of Social Services. She also has a professional background in mental health counselling, community work and private health. Dyadra holds a B.S. in Interactive Media Arts from New York University Shanghai and a M.A. in Psychology from the New School for Social Research.
