Yetunde Oshodi is the Director of the Training Institute at the Center for Court Innovation in New York City. In this capacity, she drives a broad range of agency-wide programs, implementing best practices and leading-edge innovations for the Center’s 600+ employees. She champions training and development initiatives that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion, including anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practices. Ms. Oshodi was instrumental in the creation of the Talent and Development Fellowship, a program implemented at the Center geared at engaging and developing personnel through self-assessment and experiential learning. She remains dedicated to actualizing a more just and equitable world. Prior to joining the Center, Ms. Oshodi held leadership positions in child welfare, workforce development, and juvenile justice.
Currently, an adjunct professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Ms. Oshodi received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Law & Society at the University of California, Riverside and studied Non-profit Management at Columbia University’s School of Social Work.
