Danielle Fong is a case manager for the supervised release program at Brooklyn Justice Initiatives. In this role, Ms. Fong works with clients arrested on misdemeanor and non-violent charges who would otherwise be detained on low bail pre-trial. Prior to joining Brooklyn Justice Initiatives, Danielle was a Teach for America corps member and taught students in a low-income community in the Bronx. She has also interned with the New Media Advocacy Project and the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Global Youth Issues. Ms. Fong holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Legal Studies from Northwestern University and earned a master’s in education from CUNY Hunter College.
