Leticia Lucero

Leticia Lucero is the engagement coordinator of Youth Restorative Justice Initiatives at the Staten Island Youth Justice Center. In this capacity Leticia identifies and facilitates appropriate service learning projects for all Youth Justice Center participants and develops strong community-based partnerships to support these initiatives. She also runs the Neighborhood Youth Justice Council, a program which focuses on empowering youth voice through community benefit projects, as well as the Staten Island Youth Court. Previously, Leticia served as an advocate/mentor in the AIM (Advocate, Intervene, Mentor) program. Currently, Leticia is pursuing her bachelor’s degree at Baruch College.
