| A project of the Center for Court Innovation, the Midtown Community Court reduces crime and incarceration by linking defendants to community service projects and offering drug treatment, mental health counseling, and job training instead of jail. According to New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, "No group has been more effective at finding ways to reduce recidivism than the Center for Court Innovation."
