Herbert Kwok is the Deputy Director of Technology Strategy & Support at the Center for Court Innovation. He leads the development and implementation of IT strategy, directs the overall IT infrastructure, and supports the Center’s mission to create a more fair, effective, and humane justice system.
He is an accomplished IT executive with extensive system development, project planning, corporate infrastructure implementation, and enterprise management experience and a track record of strengthening business opportunities through strategic technology planning.
Before joining the Center, he worked as the Chief Information Officer at JWT Inside. He provided strategic leadership and guidance at the executive level in critical areas of data and technology administration.
He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor, CISA, holds an M.B.A. in Finance from California State University at Fullerton, M.S. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, and B.S. in Computer Science.
