Kelly Mulligan

Kelly Mulligan is the project director at Newark Community Solutions, New Jersey’s first community court program. Ms. Mulligan oversees all program operations for Newark Community Solutions, the Newark Youth Court, and the Newark United Against Violence initiative. Ms. Mulligan has been with Newark Community Solutions since its inception, serving as the project’s first resource coordinator. Before joining Newark Community Solutions, Ms. Mulligan worked as a state-certified psychiatric screener with The Psychiatric Emergency Screening Program at Bergen Regional Medical Center in Paramus, N.J. Ms. Mulligan also worked in case management and jail diversion for the Integrated Case Management Services unit of Care Plus NJ. Ms. Mulligan graduated from Lafayette College and John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology.
