Building upon the Guiding Principles for Engagement and Intervention with People Who Cause Harm through Intimate Partner Violence, this webinar, led by Amirthini Keefe of the Domestic Abuse Project, provides a framework for APIP facilitators to engage in self, program, and organizational reflection around how racial and implicit bias can impact effective facilitation, program, and organizational structures. Viewers will be led through a variety of reflective activities to examine personal power in relation to facilitation and ways in which racial and implicit bias can surface, and to identify goals for accountability and change within their own networks and organization. Viewers will also learn seven tactics for addressing racial and implicit bias within their work.
