Case Management Forms: Drug Court staff use the Case Management Forms to assemble more detailed information and track participants' progress. The Case Management section has 10 screens, which can be added or deleted to meet jurisdictional needs. (Only six of the 10 screens are included on the tour.) Three additional screens display the daily court calendar, updates on case status and monitoring information.
Court: A participant is asked about his or her criminal history, including prior arrests, convictions or charges pending. Color coding alerts a Drug Court administrator of a participant's next court appearance or if he or she has any outstanding warrants.
