Sruthi Naraharisetti

Sruthi Naraharisetti is a Senior Research Associate at the Center for Court Innovation’s Policy and Research Department. Her recent work focuses on developing mixed-methods research, translating research evidence to practice, and contributing to policy level reform. Sruthi’s work currently supports various national initiatives, including the Bureau of Justice Assistance’s 6th Amendment Training and Technical Assistance Program, Arnold Venture’s Advancing Pretrial Policy and Research, and Pretrial Justice and Intimate Partner Violence. Prior to joining the Center, she worked with Poverty Solutions at the University of Michigan, where she conducted mixed-methods research with a focus on racial, economic, and criminal justice, and provided data-driven technical assistance to governmental entities and non-profits. Sruthi holds a Master’s in Public Policy and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Michigan, and a B.A. from Michigan State University.
