The Permanency Achievement Kit (PAK) is a resource designed to help youth and their families understand and navigate family court permanency planning proceedings. Community asset mapping is an important part of the Youth Justice Board Curriculum. The asset mapping exercise developed by the Youth Justice Board staff enables young people to approach a community-based issue with an eye towards understanding what resources a community already possesses that can be part of the solution.
